Your are posting in the waivers forum.  Why do you need a waiver?

answers will be the same as the last time u asked

u r from Bangladesh and had to do the DS 55535

it will depend as said before on your country's record keeping

your 2 waivers

and what comes out of the additional security checks

u don't know what they check?  it was clearly asked on the ds 5535

siblings names,  addresses,  phone #'s

last 5? years of travel

all social media used with ID's

addresses for last (5?) years

u should have kept a copy and can review it yourself for all other questions and your answers

also said,  " u can file a WOM as Boiler suggested

and to your question above,  "they can deny at any time"  or "approve"

i am not asking for waiver. my question is regarding administrative processing. isnt it the right forum for administrative processing?

Well your response to @JeanneAdil acknowledges that you have waivers.

No this isn’t the right forum for visas in AP.  If it was 99 percent of the posts would be here.

Your waivers are likely why you are in AP for 4 years.

There appears to be a history to your case previously posted on VJ.  You might get better help in the future of you link to previous posts.

best wishes for a speedy conclusion to your journey.

i am just qurious, what are the chances of denial, when a case is in administrative processing. my case is in administrative processing since november2018 in montreal.

😳 that’s 3 years… it doesn’t seem like they wanna give you the visa/forgot about you or they are still doing the background checks. You should email them to remind them of your existence.

*****  Mod note:  This IS the correct forum for AP, as it mentions int he title (Waivers and Administrative process)-  AP is short for Administrative Process.
