my girl had gotten a vaccination in elementary school years and she does not know what it was

i tried contacting bukidnon public schools but no reply

i was wondering (thinking ahead) if the vaccinations needed to enter usa will be provided at medical exam? i do no know what she has or what (if any) she lacks

btw she is also covid vaccinated

anyone know what vaccines are required? and can she do that here once she gets here?

They will do them at her medical.  In general, it is way simpler to make sure they're all completed before arriving in the US.

Yay! I’m from Bukidnon as well and I don’t have any record of my vaccines when I was a kid and I didn’t encountered any problem during my medical at St. Luke so but don’t worry about it.

From my wife and stepdaughters experience, if you show up at Saint Luke's with no vaccination history.  Adults will get four shots.  Two in the left arm and two in the right arm.  Children will get six shots.  Two in the left arm, two in the right arm and one in each leg.  No extra charge.

All age-appropriate vaccinations, except for COVID shots.  Applicants need to get that themselves, usually through their LGU.
