IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

B1/B2 yes.  
 

For other non immigrant visas the answer is more nuanced.

Yes, and it makes having our friends from Russia come to visit us practically impossible.  

 

Only vaccine available in Russia is the Sputnik vaccine which is not recognized for entry into the US.

 

Likewise Moderna, Pfizer, and J&J vaccines are not recognized in Russia for the QR codes to enter most public places.

If at first you don't succeed, then sky diving is not for you.

It does not make any sense for non immigrant visa applicants to be vaccinated to enter the states, while the immigrants can enter it whether they are vaccinated or not, which makes it harders for those who have families wants to visit them here In the state. This is sucks.😪
