I can have them on market place if they are not qualified for medicaid as long as they want and have some income,  which is not an issue for my business

This is a moving target, so sounds like you have worked out what works best this year, just need to keep on top of it if and when things change.

I am not saying no to post, you are trying to say i am squeaking system,  instead of staying on topic and answering question. You r the one taking about squeaking system and violating .

But hell yea, i will take any and every gov assistance that i legally can while sponsoring,  and i cant help if it hurts someone.

Again, I was speaking in general...not about you case specifically.....Actually, you did tell me not to post.  Good luck on your journey.

Just trying to think how this could even arise x years down the road? Is it asked on the I 864?

It is good that you are looking ahead.  Some people don't  do that.  Good luck.

My first thought was where is it asked about? Just checked the I 864 and not there.  The issue of course is of the future immigrant is likely to be a public charge and not sure how this could be relevant even if they knew.

And you can expect that it will be noticed by USCIS/DOS when taking in the overal financial situation down the road for your parents.

I’m as politically liberal as they come, but it pains me to see people taking government assistance that they truly don’t need.

Those resources are finite, and you taking it means someone else who doesn’t earn $100k cannot have it.

Well, karma…

Because he brought over an immigrant who now needs public funds.    Therefore, immigrants  he brings over in future might also need public funds.

Pregnancy lets immigrant use public funds ...and they are not considered public charge during pregnancy , nor have i used them yet, i wanted to know if I can or not...but now i found i can use them , yes

I thought for some reason he was the immigrant.

Certainly elderly parents are quite at risk of using public funds, one reason many countries restrict this, but not for some reason the US. Sort of assumed because of the lack of a national health care system it is sort of hidden.
