Can I fly with my husband in order to live in the states???

Yup, exactly. From what I’ve seen, DCF in Frankfurt takes like 2-3 months. But maybe it’ll even be faster since the husband is in the military.
I hope OP hasn’t lost too much time yet by assuming she wouldn’t need an immigrant visa.
