Folks, my sponsor applied for replacement green card on Nov 16th, 2021 as he had lost his.   He biometrics was reused; thus process moved quick.   application and payment receipt were generated electronically right away.   Case got approved and card was ordered for printing as of Nov 18th.  Saw this online activity - however on Nov 19th case was rejected for non payment, eventhogh I had already submitted payment via pay.gov w/ ACH.   Pay.gov had sent me tracking number with payment info received.    Bank of America says no attempt was made by pay.gov to debit the amount as of 11/20 am.

I am perplexed how can USICS reject the case noting non-payment reason, without actually attempting to process the payment info received by pay.gov?      Has similar happened to anyone?

Anyway to get pay.gov to process payment and inform USCIS;  USCIS has already hurridly generated notice saying that I have to fill out entire application again and submit payment again.
