Passport stamp - Scan all pages or just the stamped page?

For one of the items for proof of bonafide marriage, I'm scanning my passport that shows the Bahamas entry. They also gave us immigration cards.

 

Do I need to scan all pages of the passport or just the page with the stamp? Do I need to include the first page with the biometric info?

For evidence of time spent together, just the pages that are stamped.  For proof of US Citizenship, all pages.

Are you sure about all the pages for proof of US citizenship? not just the photo page? I'd choose copy of naturalization in that case..

It's not my habit to make things up.  If you have a Naturalization Certificate, I would recommend using a copy of it as evidence of citizenship.
