Hi everyone,

Hope you all are doing alright.
I’m so frustrated right now as I’m kind of lost.

i received an email from NVC stating my case is being updated.
i submitted all the i864 and civil documents for my mother back in mid Oct and yesterday my i864 got accepted but my mother’s civil documents changed from Submitted to Incomplete.

I bet there is missing documents or something but as soon as I click on “Incomplete” under “Civil documents” column, an “Application Error” page shows up. It has been acting like that for 2 days.

Anyone has any idea what was wrong and what should I do in this case?

Thanks a lot!
