esmergar,
I have a question. I would like to know if my father can sponser my fiance?

He can if he qualifies

And if yes do I have to summit a I-134 for myself? .....

Maybe. It would be prudent to have it available in case it is asked for.

Yodrak

IN THE PART WHERE IT SAYS "RELATIONSHIP TO SPONSOR" WHAT WILL I PUT (IF ITS MY FATHER)?

I suppose some Consulates might have the applicant "submit" I-134 forms but generally, they are simply either asked for during the interview or they are not. If they are asked for, you're fiancee is going to need one each from you and your father with the appropriate supporting documentation.

What the petitioner does is send the papers to the applicant in time for the interview.

esmerger,

Do you mean 'what will my father put'? It's his affidavit.

The visa applicant is your fiance, you are the child of your father. Concatenate.

Yodrak

He is your fiance

Certainly when the I-134 is presented the term "SON-IN-LAW" is not accurate.....

YMMV

Certainly when the I-134 is presented the term "SON-IN-LAW" is not accurate.....

The question ask the sponsor to indicate the relationship of the sponsored person to the sponsor. If the sponsor is the the father of the USC and the sponsored person is the USC's (male) fiance then one answer that is definitely correct is "daughter's fiance". I find this "accurate". I see "future son in-law" as "predictive" not "accurate". "Son in-law" is inaccurate.

If you are looking for a firm recommendation, mine is "daughter's fiance".
