Vaccine Requirement for CR!

Have an approved CR1 visa. Have all the required vaccines except Influenza (Flu shot). The Ho Chi Minh City US Consulate approved vaccine facility had been out of this vaccine for well over one month. When asked, the facility says that it's the only place to get the vaccine. Yet, there are numerous very reputable hospitals in the city that can administer the shot. Waited a long time for the visa. Now one common vaccine is delaying any travel to the USA. Not sure why one cannot get the vaccine another hospital and have it annotated on the current vaccine card I hold. Feasibility one can wait months for the shot and have the visa expired. Does anyone know of any exception (ie vaccine unavailable at facility) or work arounds to this situation? Just seems just a very, very slight bit bureaucratic to hold up one's travel.
