Hi! Firstable, I really appreciate anyone who passed by and leaves their comment, advice on this forum. I'm kinda in panic now because I dropped my I-751 package on 11/12 in ups, and my 90 day window opens is 11/13. However, the package is delivered and signed by one of the USCIS Phoenix officer on 11/15. Will they reject me?

Again thank you so much for your timing and advice! Wishing all the good luck on your application as well.

I don’t see why they would given it was delivered after your 90 day window started.  But you will know in a week or two.

Why did you sent it a day early?

I told my husband to send it on the exact day, he just messed it up, and I was out of the town. Will the USCIS officer count those shipping days within those 90 days?Or is the 90-day window open the day the USCIS officer received the i751 package?

In the October 2021 I-751 filers spreadsheet one person sent their I-751 at 91 days out.  It was delivered within the lawful window and an NOA1 with an extension was returned. The dates on the NOA1 were all within the 90 day window.

stop overthinking things.

Lool I literally thought they will see the day I dropped off the package in the UPS. I mean they start counting the day I dropped the form and see if I meet that  "90 day". But yup! You right I guess I'm to nervous. Hopefully I will get the notification soon.

Thanks

Yep, relax, nothing you can do about it right now.  In a few weeks or so you will find out, but I agree with @Mike E and @debbiedoo, you should be fine as the package was not received until after the 90 day window opened.  If USCIS was going to back count preparation and delivery time, there would be a lot more people impacted.

Good Luck!

UPS is a private courier.  Don’t see why they would care if when it was received by UPS.

Good Luck!

Indeed, I’m an October filer and our lawyer had us sign the I-751 back in September more than 4 months before my wife’s green card expires.  We filed  after the window opened and got an extension letter less than two weeks later despite the signatures being dated early.

This kind of worrying is the reason I always suggest waiting a few days into the 90 day window BEFORE SENDING a package to USCIS.  A few days will no different in processing time.  In your case, if the package arrived after the 90 day window opens, then all is good.  USCIS is concerned only with when they receive the application.

I was as anxious as anyone else during my immigration process to file things and get it done with however I’ve never understood the fixation some have with applying on the very day the window opens. Three four days after the window opens is no different from submitting on the dot and saves you this unnecessary panic.

Exactly.  In the grand scheme of things, a few days does not matter.

People need to take the chill pill and not send the package on the exact same date the window opens. It’s not like you’re deportable anyways!
