When you have to go the bank to pay for the interview what papers do you have to bring? HOw much is it? Does the applicant have to pay in person or can we send the maid or driver?

Her I-130

1-16-2007 sent

1-19-2007 NOA1

2-1-2007 Touch

4-30-2007 Approved

Her I-129F

1-23-2007 sent (but sent it to Vermont)

2-16-2007 resent a new package

2-26-2007 NOA1

3-2-2007 NOA1 (The one I sent to Vermont...Ugh)

3-2-2007 Sent to Vermont

3-6-2007 Went to "Satelitte Center" to talk about having 2 I-129Fs

3-7-2007 Touch

3-9-2007 Touch

3-12-2007 Touch

3-12-2007 Sent to Vermont

3-13-2007 Touch

3-14-2007 Touch

4-30-2007 Both approved

A little help?

bring the DS form i think it's DS-157 (although the bank will provide their own DS form but its good to bring another copy). you'll have to pay $100 or P5000 for the interview/visa fee... and i suggest for her to pay it personally than just rely on somebody else as important as this. just my suggestion... good luck

to edit: if you're asking when should you pay for the visa fee, its before the interview and not during...

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

OK just got off the phone with BPI, they said anyone can go pay and it doesn't have to be the "interviewee." But I htink you're right it would be safer that way. It's just that we're so used to "utos."

AOS/EAD APPLICATION

Got my SSN

had my immunization info transferred in I-693a thank God!

May 11, 2007-AOS mailed

May 13, 2007- item was delivered in CHICAGO IL

May 16, 2007- AOS/EAD NOA recieved

June 2, 2007- Biometrics Appointment Date

June 21,2007-AOS transferred to California Service Center

July 10, 2007-I-485 Card production Ordered

July 11, 2007-Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

July 13, 2007-Approval notice sent- I-485

July 19, 2007- Green Card Arrived! Wooohooo!

July 24, 2007- I passed my driving written test!

August 22, 2007 Passed my road test and started my work!

April 2009- Removing Conditions Applied

September 11 -got my 10 Year green card! yahooo!

December 2010- Apply for Citizenship

Make sure she takes the form she gets from the bank to the interview.

Holy Comoly, I just looked a the dollar to peso rate and it is down to 45.9. Just a couple of years ago it was over 58 pesos to the dollar.
