Hello Everyone,

 

i am principal applicant for F4 category

 

Documentarily qualified  in August 2021  PD july 2007

My kid going to be 21 years after six months... please let me know what will be CPSA process to expidiate  his case.. and shall i will be also as father needs to Apply for Expididate or i can do only CPSA for my kid.

 

any help can highly be appreciated..

When was the i130!approved?

Spouse:

2015-06-16: I-130 Sent

2015-08-17: I-130 approved

2015-09-23: NVC received file

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-05: Received IV invoice, IV Fee Paid

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2016-08-08: Case Complete

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US

DQ done has no meaning on cspa age. The PD, approval date and when the PD became current determine the cspa age. So if you are concerned about cspa age, time to forget the "i said DQ done" mentality and provide the requested info related to cspa age if you like to get correct response on how to proceed.

In that case, no need to worry about cspa. Relax and wait.
 

Looks like your PD will be current in a few months.  If it becomes current before your son turns 21, all good.

 

Even if it becomes current lets say after 2 years when your son is 22.5 years old, his cspa age will be 20.5 years. 
 

So as long as the PD becomes current within next 2.5 years, no issues. It'll very likely be current in a few months.
