Hi all, would appreciate any insight on my case. I have an L1 petition approved however my visa interview schedule is few months away. What are the other options for us getting an earlier interview appointment. We are resident of UAE and currently UAE is accepting 'emergency appointments only' as mentioned in their website.  Has anyone tried attending interview in another neighboring country (e.g. Qatar or Oman) and got approved?

You should contact the company's lawyer. The lawyer could draft something saying that the company is losing money because you are not able to get a stamp to travel. Emergencies are that a US citizen or US company is being harmed in some way. Your petition was approved so it'd be easy for them to give you an appointment for a stamp.
