weirdly enough thats what i thought, that they wouldnt ask, but i am just so unlucky they ask every single time nevertheless i might need to start lying. but thank you for all the advice !!

It is illegal in most developed nations for a prospective employer to ask anything about your personal life. They shouldn’t ask you about your relationships/ marriage etc. They don’t need to know your spouse is in the US and cannot question you about it.

They can ask you where you see yourself in 5 years and questions similar to that. In those cases, answer honestly, without mentioning the US. You can simply say something purely professional, for example - I see myself rising to an executive position… or I see myself earning my licence in so and so trade etc…

the medical issues are due to stress the stress is due to the visa process and separation. as good at the healthcare is here i really dont have anyone to support me in however the situation progress.

yes we have proof of the mishandling but yeah i agree a long shot.

i have tried to ask to defer it costs money for me to even defer, but im gonna keep trying

do you have an idea of how long interview wait times are for the london embassy ?

I'm confused about your acceptance to in person classes in the States.

Did you apply as an international student and did they issue a I-20?

Did they not ask for any proof of US residency?

I'm not sure how all schools work in the States but all the universities I have spoken to have asked if I'm a citizen or an LPR (might just be the courses I'm interested in).

Perhaps you can email the school and tell them you do not have your visa and cannot attend.

You'll be out the application fee but, hopefully you won't have to pay to defer. Or perhaps you can withdraw from the course and apply when you arrive.
