Thailand Covid vaccine Where to get it?

On 10Nov21, just got appointment letter from NVC for 01Dec21 in Bangkok.  We are ready to go except for the new mandate that applicant must be Covid vaccinated before attending the medical in Bangkok.  Here in Khon Kaen, it has been impossible for a 37 year old Thai to get vaccinated, even when willing to pay for it.  We will have to postpone the interview but does anyone have experience finding Covid vaccination for Thai citizens in Isaan?
