This is what’s on it, am I all set for AOS interview? Or do I still need to get some of the vaccines?

Your DS-3025 is marked complete.  No need for another medical or vaccinations for AOS interview.  Bring a copy of your DS-3025 in case the USCIS officer misplaced the one in your K1 files.

Based on what's mentioned in USCIS, I believe you still need to get the vaccine (you didn't take that vaccine at the time of Medical Exam):

K visa applicants are encouraged to get the vaccinations required under U.S. immigration law for immigrant visa applicants.  Although such vaccinations are not required for K visa issuance, they will be required when adjusting status to that of legal permanent resident following your marriage. Applicants are therefore encouraged to fulfill these vaccination requirements at the time of the medical examination. See Vaccination Requirements for IV Applicants for the list of required vaccinations and additional information.

So the check box down on the bottom which said completed doesn’t matter?

Vaccines are required at the time of the medical, it doesn't matter if it's the medical overseas. If waivers were given and the DS was marked complete, then waivers are transferred to the AOS application and the immigrant doesn't need to take the missing vaccines.
