Urgent vaccination record issue

So we filed AOS from k1 in April and we have now received the date for our interview for Dec 2nd. I did my medical panel exam back in my home country and did some vaccines. There’s a couple missing that I didn’t take back then as they told me I can take it in the states. Im not sure which one I’m missing and I don’t have the records for it.  This whole time I thought they would be giving us a letter or something when we send in our AOS application about the vaccines missing.
So what do I do now? Do I need to have all vaccines prior to the interview? Or would the interviewer tell me that I am missing these and need to do it after?
I’m very confused and worried about it now.

Thanks

I honestly don’t remember but I don’t think they have given me anything other than the medical exam receipt.

You might have lost or misplaced it. That would have been your vaccination record to use for i693. Since you don't have that, a civil surgeon might ask you to take all age appropriate vaccines and go thriugh full medical for i693.

Ok so I should go find civil surgeon prior to interview? would i be denied if I don’t before the interview (just worried there won’t be enough time) or RFE during interview and they tell me to go to one for the vaccines?

I would try and get your vaccine records first, then go to the Civil Surgeon.

If you can not get your records then go to the Civil Surgeon.

You can take the vaccine records to the interview, might delay GC issuance as they will need to be reviewed. You can not get a GC without complete medical.

It depends. If your ds3025 is marked complete, you don't need a i693. If that was incomplete, at the interview the IO will keep your case pending even if approved i485 verbally and will send you an RFE for i693 later.

It’s probably not complete as I recall the nurse asking if I want to take some of it in the states

They could have been referring to a booster or second dose which you do not need to complete the vaccination requirements for immigration as only one dose. is required.

It's imperative to look at your DS3025. If you don't have that, contact your panel physician and ask for a copy. They are mandated to give you a personal copy.

Check if it's marked complete and if it is, bring a copy to your AO

 interview.

No use worrying about nothing.

No GC will be approved with an incomplete medical.

And if it’s not completed? I should go to a civil surgeon before the interview?

They won't deny you but send you a RFE after the interview. Everything will just take longer then.

Go to a civil surgeon, ask them to order a titers test to see what other vaccines you will require. Thats what they did for me because i dont have a vaccination record. The question you probably need an answer to is whether your original medical is sufficient or you need to get a new one for your aos.

When you did your Medical Exam in HK, the clinic should have given you a medical report (or copy of e-medical report) which shows a Vaccination Worksheet. It would show what vaccinations you had taken. Some vaccines are not needed (e.g. not age appropriate). Then they would have given you a vaccination certificate (like a pocket flyer). I recalled that the nurse told me that a booster shot is needed every 10 years and I could take it in the U.S. in future. Maybe that's what it is? Can you find those reports?

Ok so I was able to get a copy of it. This is what’s on it, am I all set for AOS interview? Or do I still need to get some of the vaccines?
