It was a great surprise! My boyfriend and I were chatting earlier at around 1:30 PM (Philippine Time), when suddenly I saw him laughing so loud. It was funny because I thought he was talking to somebody else... I was about to ask him this... "Who's making you laugh?", when he sent me this...

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On March 30, 2006, an approval notice was

mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice,

you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address,

please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business

hours.

Wow, I already didn't expect this. We were recently touched (March 28). And it says there that we have to wait for another 30 days for them to process our case. So I already stopped checking our status everyday. It just makes me feel more disappointed...

Getting the RFE was really a tormenting experience... Now, I almost cried while I was reading their email that we are already approved...

Thank you everyone. This forum really helps us a lot. And to all those who are still waiting for their NOA2, hope you get that also this week. :)

06/01/07 - Green card arrived in mail

Removing Conditions

03/02/09 - Mailed I-751 package (CSC)

03/06/09 - Check cashed

03/10/09 - Recieved Olga's NOA1

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

That is fantastic news, many congratulations, it also makes me feel better as we also have a pending RFE from the 21st, a week after yours and we were also "touched" on the 28th, perhaps ours will come as quickly as yours has done.
