IR-1 Interview- documentation missing.

I had my IR-1 Green card interview in Montreal on Nov 4th... sadly i didn't realize i had a photocopy of my marriage certificate instead of my original. so they denied me at time of interview. I went back to my house that day and fed ex'd my passport as well as the original marriage certificate to t he consulate and it got there on the Friday the 5th. since then i have not heard anything about processing is this going to signifigiantly  delay my green card? the officer said one he sees the original i am approved but i don't know how long now this delay is going to be... kicking myself in the pants for the photo copy. anyone else had missing documentation at time of interview? how long did it take them to process it after you sent it?

What does your status say on the website. Just monitor that should change from Refused to Ready to Issued. usually takes 10 business days. The 5th was just friday so give them time.

3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled

 it says refused for now but i will keep an eye on it. Hopefully wont delay longer then that. Maybe im just impatient cause its been almost 3 years since filing.

Expect a month or more delay.  Note you had an immigrant visa interview, not a green card interview.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
