The I-485 instructions for K1 medical requirements apply to K3 also.

Your medical report will be sent to USCIS from to POE officer so dont worry. All you need to do is call a Civil Surgeon and discuss your immunization requirements. I have also read that the TB skin testing may be required now even if you had an x-ray but we are waiting to see if we get an RFE from our AOS on this. You can go to https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=of...office_type=CIV to locate one near you. I would call them and they will explain where to get your vaccinations and which ones are required as well as answer your questions about the TB testing.

You're correct. Look on USCIS website, and locate a CIVIL surgeon in your area. You may have to call a few of them, but you should be able to locate one who will fill out the I693 for you. There may be a nominal fee charged for this.

Good luck!

Actually you are right, but Loke just asked the lady for a copy of his and they gave him one. Maybe Australia is different but you have a right to obtain a copy of the medical report before they seal it. I know that we did anyway.

Neha,

Is it possible to contact the dr there in India who did the medical and they can get you a copy of the exam? My husband went through Delhi and he was given a second copy of the medical and the xrays to keep. I've heard of other doctors in India giving duplicate copies as well so maybe it's something that you can get even on the back end.

Good luck.

thanks
