What happens if I sent something without every correct doc? Just out of curiosity, cause I should have everyting no problem. I kinda thought that if I missed something they would just RFE me, but that the application date would still be the same, and thus the application fee would be frozen..... is this incorect?

Nope, they will send the whole package back to you and then you will be subject to the new fee. Unless of course they do not realize that there is something missing, you could get lucky.

so, when we apply for AOS on a K-1 beneficiary after we get married in August, we will send in a check for $1,010 dollars, plus $70 for the fingerprint fee?

and, we send the complete package to Chicago and then deal with our local office in Miami for such things as fingerprints?

will we also have to pay extra fees for the EOD and an Advanced Parole?

we wish to have AOS, EOD and AP all sent in one package but do not know if the new I-485 fee of $1,010 includes the EOD and AP fees.
