Just triple checking here .... If I mail mine in before Juky 30th, I get the old fee schedule right? Our interview date was a lot sooner than expewcted so I had resigned myself to the new fee schedule, but it looks like she will be here next week (whoo hoo!!) and I just now realized that that might qualify for the oder fee schedule (bonus!)

thanks

Yes, just plan a quick civil wedding, get to the register of deeds ASAP upon her arrival to obtain the marriage license as some states require to wait a certain time. Also after the wedding ask the magistrate (or whoever does it) to give you the signed marriage license and take it back directly to the register of deeds to obtain the marriage certificate.

Good luck on making the deadline.

so, when we apply for AOS on a K-1 beneficiary after we get married in August, we will send in a check for $1,010 dollars, plus $70 for the fingerprint fee?

and, we send the complete package to Chicago and then deal with our local office in Miami for such things as fingerprints?

will we also have to pay extra fees for the EOD and an Advanced Parole?

we wish to have AOS, EOD and AP all sent in one package but do not know if the new I-485 fee of $1,010 includes the EOD and AP fees.

guess I will also call the 800 number and ask.

As long as it is post marked before July 30th, you'll be ok.
