a question about IMBRA

Just a quick question I needed some help with - I've been googling IMBRA and can't find the answer/am not sure. For the K-1 visa can anyone tell me if Pinayromances.com would count as an IMBRA? These are their terms of service - https://pinayromances.com/terms-of-use

Thus not a marriage broke so no imbra implications.

If you email them they should be able to email you a standard letter that officially states they are not a marriage broker.  Okcupid's customer service has one on file for when people ask.
