I'm a US citizen and filing an I-129f, and I've had two run-ins with the law over a decade ago. All were non-violent drug related incidents.

Incident #1: Arrested for drugs, which started out as felony distribution charges because I was in the car with several people and one individual had a lot of drugs, but those charges were dropped. Ultimately I was cited for a summary offense (small amt of marijuana), which is like a parking ticket. Expunged.

Incident #2: Arrest which resulted in 2x misdemeanors for drug possession. Record is sealed.

1) Are the explanations above a sufficient level of detail if I include the dates/location? Do I need to explain the circumstances/why charges were dropped?

2) Confirming that I need original (wet signed) copies of the record? One of the courthouses is across the country.
