Biden White House Tells Businesses to Follow Vaccine Mandate Despite Court Block

My wife's employer (state of Wisconsin) finally caved yesterday and sent out an email stating everyone must be vaccinated by December 31st. They said in the email since the facility my wife works at receives Medicare funding they fall under the federal mandate. The email did suggest people who don't want the vaccine file a religous objection. The way the email was worded seems like they are trying to use every reason they can not to fire people. They know this is gonna cause severe staffing shortages and that is why they put it off as long as they could. My wife (along with many of her coworkers) will be filing religous exemptions. If it is not accepted my wife will refuse the vaccine and refuse to resign and force them to fire her. Then we will look at possible legal remedies. Either way I have a decent job (that is totally opposed to any mandates whatsoever) so she doesn't really need the job anyways.

I heard about this as well.  It really seems like the Harris/Biden Woke Left administration is trying to usurp the courts.

Yall know I disagree with many of you on  the science of vaccines etc. However I am dead with you on the mandates thing.

 

The upside of all this toleration absurdity is I think the Mid Terms will be a blood bath 

 

So when do you all think the country wide mostly non peaceful looting and burning will start. I am thinking late summer early fall next year on Que.

If the regressive Dems get their way with their Biden Butt Busting plan, they could not care less about losing the House and the Senate in 2022.  Entitlements once passed are never ever taken away.

Best of luck to her.  Let her know she is NOT alone.  We have at least 600 employees where I work who are pushing back internally.  And there are thousands more like her in the health care industry who don't want it either.  Says a lot to me.  Hopefully this whole attempt at total control by the government is blown up soon.  If not, and the "mandates" are put into play I will be expecting the CDC to rule guns are a health risk next year.

You do wonder how many people decided to give in for whatever reason.  The fact the the Biden Administration is suggesting companies still follow their questionable direction without waiting for the court to respond looks like a big middle finger to the court which really signals the direction this country is heading.

When elections are rigged what the voters think is irrelevant.
