I’m getting ready to send my ROC documents but I’m unable to print the filled 1-751 forms with barcode. Is it ok to send it without barcode ? I tried to save the filled form & printed at fedex printer but nothing I filled gets saved that way. So I got blank forms. So my choice is either sent typed in forms without barcode at the bottom or hand written forms  with barcode . What should I do ?

You need the barcode or they will reject it because the form won’t be complete. It’s ok to send handwritten answers on your form. Just use a black pen like the instructions say.  I had to do it too. I tried different printers and what I wrote on the forms would just not print.

Hey guys, hope you all had a good day.

I just received the notice in the mail today and am wondering does this mean this letter stands for the “extension for green card”? Also, which date on the receipt is the NOA 1 date?

Thank you😄

Yes, it extends your conditional GC for 24 months.

The NOA date is when they received your package -the one you'll see when searching for your case status on the USCIS website-.

Thankyou & I did the same. Wrote everything & sent it

My husband’s earliest date to file was 12/4, I mailed the packet on 12/6, and got a text notice today (12/9) that we are assigned to Nebraska Service Center (LIN)… again! Lol, that’s where our initial I-130 was processed. 15-31 mos wait time, according to the website. May the odds be ever in your favor!

Hello,

I'm putting together my wife's ROC (original submission), and Form Filing Tips from USCIS state to put the A# and name on each attachment.

Specifically, it reads:

"If you have any attachments, make sure each attached page has your name and A-Number "

Does that mean every page of each supporting document need that? Interesting it refers to supporting information thoughout the tips as 'documents'  but the above states 'attachments' as if it's something other than documents.

I have printed the petitioner's name and A# on small, return address labels to apply to each page if it is really required.

I think that general rule refers to the last part of the petition with the additional information where if you print extra pages of it you need to said information.

Like the other commenter responded, I believe this is only required if you have additional pages you need to add to the actual I-751 form itself - just in case you need more space to explain specific answers to the questions.

In regards to the supporting evidence you’re including (I.e. joint bank statements, insurance, joint car title, etc.), I personally did NOT add my A# to those, and believe it is unnecessary.

Thanks to you both....I was a little confused because this question arose in past years postings (did a search on the topic here). Many people did attach the A# and name to every page of every document, but several others did not.  However, it appears you are both correct and I won't need to do that.

Hi guys, I know it's a bit too early to start the forum for Dec filers 😂

but I figuered we can share our package lists and stuff, even feelings 😘

I've been collecting proof for this since AOS 🙃

I saved anything that's related to our marriage,

so I could be less stressed out when it's close to the time for filing.

My GC will expire on Feb 28, 2022.

The earliest day I can send out my application is Nov 30.

I plan on sending it out on Dec 1st.

I will share my timeline when I do.

Here's the USCIS link if you aren't sure when:
