I filed in 02/2022 and I'm still waiting and my status is still: Fingerprints were taken.

I'm MSC :(

Congrats @Violax

To @coco3542 We're also MSC. Filed Dec 2021, fingerprints Jan 2022, and our status was just updated to approved on May 22, 2023. Just waiting for the approval notice in the mail and finally the new green card. No interview. Your time is coming!

Well that is promising. Which Category are you? I'm CR1. I also applied for N400.

My fingerprints were taken 03/29/2022. I feel like they put me all the way to the back. :(

I never had good experience with USCIS. One time they lost my whole Visa Package back in 2020 when I got to the US.

Hi guys, hope all is well.

I didn't apply for N400 cuz I didn't want to study 😂

So I just kept waiting... and today, I received a text from USCIS, saying I got an update.

And there it is, my 10 year greed card approved without an interview 💖

Hope you all get your good news soon!

Timeline

Hello all,

It has been a while since I have been on Visa Journey! I hope everyone is doing well.

I am a CR1 2yr conditional PR card holder currently residing in Florida and have to apply for ROC (1751) at the end of July 2023. Aside from filing the application and including my evidences, is there anything I should consider in regards to continue to reside here even past my cards expiration?

My 2 year conditional card expires this upcoming October. If I have a pending 1751 is that enough or do I need to apply for an extension or a document as proof that I'm still allowed to work and reside in the US?

Thank you so much!

Melissa
