Hello po sa lahat sino pa po nag aantay ng kanilang papers po dito galing sa nvc? Salamat po

Based on your previous posts, you're doing K1.  The only info you really need from NVC is your MNL case number.  Do you have your MNL# already?  If so, what is your case status on CEAC?

Invoice number is not really used for K1 cases.  What you need is your case number, which starts with "MNL".  Do you have your MNL case number?

You may submit your DS-160 already if you wish, but there's not much point in doing so before your case status turns "Ready".  It's better to wait until "Ready" status so the DS-160 will have the most up-to-date information and less likely to need correction at the time of interview.  What is your case status on CEAC?

Summary Information
K visas are nonimmigrant visas that assist spouses or future spouses
of American citizens in entering the United States. As with all
nonimmigrant visa applicants, a DS-160 must be filled out in order for
a consular section to process the case.

Enter your MNL case number.  Note that your K1 case will be treated as an immigrant visa case until after your interview.

Hello this is what showing when i enter and our paper send by papers not electronic what to do?

If you case is processing electronically, please log into your CEAC account at ceac.state.gov/iv with your NVC case number and 16 digit Invoice ID for case status and to learn what steps you must take to advance your case. Disregard the instructions below, they do not apply to electronic processing.

If your case is processing on paper (you mailed paper documents to NVC for review), then the case status and instructions below apply to your case.

Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) that list the six steps you must take before NVC can schedule your visa interview appointment. This includes submitting to NVC various fees, forms and documents. Once NVC has received all the required items, they will let you know if anything is missing or incomplete. You can also find these instructions online at http://nvc.state.gov (English) and http://nvc.state.gov/espanol (Spanish). You will find contact information for NVC at http://nvc.state.gov/ask.

You are looking at the wrong page.  Use the link I posted above.  You don't need to login to CEAC.  K1 do not need to, ever.

it show on top At NVC

Not much for you to do but wait until it turns "Ready", which means it has been transferred to the embassy.  Your case will only be sent to USEM when there are available interview slots for K1 and no cases waiting in line ahead of your batch.  Even if you submit your DS-160 now, it won't make your case get transferred to USEM faster.
