Me and my fiance we’re approve for a appointment in ciudad Juárez and we are happy to know it’s finally our turn but now that consulate requires COVID- vaccination which I didn’t know they were supposed to be CDC OR WHO approve and she got a vaccine that is not approved in the United States and now we are trying to look for another option because our appointment is nov-19 which I contact my lawyer and told her my situation about her getting a vaccine that is not approved in the United States and she said “it was fine as long as she’s vaccinated against Covid” but i am second doubting her. And the only vaccine that comes to mind is Johnson and Johnson but no where found in Mexico I feel like we will get turn back as soon as we get there because of the wrong vaccine.

Are you pursuing a K1 visa?  If so, are you sure you got an appointment for processing in Ciudad Juarez?  K1 cases are now processed at Mexico City.

hello! I think there is not a problem because for the interview they dont ask for any vaccine yet at least now they are asking for it for safety of people working there. Right now you or your fiance are not going to enter to the states so should not be a problem of course you will have to look it up for a vaccine that they approve then when the time come to cross you dont have any problem. US accept pfizer, Astrazeneca or Jonhson& Jonhson.
