I just saw a November 9 DQ this morning

I think next week we will see a lot more November submission reviews and DQs.

I hope we all get the DQ messages. The wait is frustrating.

One more week is behind us and I Saw very few to none November approvals. Hopefully the upcoming week will be better.

We submitted our documents Nov 5th and got an email today from NVC asking for RFE. As soon as I saw the email, I submitted what they requested. Hoping we don't get pushed to the back of the line for another 3 months. Has anyone experienced a RFE and how long did it take for NVC to review that document before responding back

This happened to our case on Tuesday 8 Feb. We reacted immediately with help from our attorney. Our submission dates within the CEAC system have remained the same (3 and 10 Nov 2021). They were not actually due to look at our case until next week.

It was a request from

NVC on Tuesday last week.

From what you've said- I understood that your case has been reviewed with the RFE as a conclusion. Please correct me if I am wrong

That it’s correct, as per my original response to Kofi & Becca that the same happened to us.

By the way it’s not the case - the case was approved last year by USCIS. I am referring solely to the DQ process at NVC.

If you don't mind asking- what was the missing document? What was the RFE all about?

One financial doc needed updating and one civil doc.

I don't know how should I advice you- try to expedite the case if possible. Did you guys have checking or savings you can show for the financial part?

Erm? I didn’t actually ask for advice 🙂 but thank you. We have three expedites running currently.
