For a case I submitted Documents uploaded Oct. 23 was reviewed on 1/20. No DQ they have to upload some proof of employment. Ughhhhh

We were worried because we added an Attestation of Birth on Nov. 23 and thought that would push the date . But I guess not. Hoping it's not another 3 months waiting.

NVC is not consistent at all as far as review of resubmitted documents.

They are consistent with the initial review in 3 months (+/-), but review of re-submitted docs is pure luck and could go both ways

Good luck to all

I submitted the police clearance and court records, by the time nvc will review my case, the police clearance which is valid for 3 months will lapsed.  Do I have to resubmit a new police clearance to NVC

Thank you.

No you don't

It will be accepted by NVC and also during the interview, unless it is more than one year old.

You don't have to worry about that.

When did you submit your documents?

I submitted my police clearance last Oct 22, 2021 and it has been reviewed 3 days ago.  NVC asked me to re-submit again my Police clearance together with the court records.  By the time NVC will review again my documents, Police clearance will lapse in March 2022. Im not sure if I have to upload again a new police clearance.

Thank you for your response.

I see that we are at the same stage right now.

I am waiting for the civil documents to get to me from Morocco (sometime next week). I already submitted the AoS and DS-260

The wait at NVC is getting longer and longer

What civil documents required by NVC for IV package? I am trying to get as much info as possible.

All documents were accepted such as Photos (passport size), National ID card, Marriage certificate, Birth Certificate Passport Photo copy, except Police clearance. I submitted just the Police/Prison Records but not with the Court Records.  Morocco requested for 2 Clearances such as 1.)Police/Prison Records and 2.) Court Records per NVC.   And so I resubmitted the police clearance together with the court records.

Less than one week's worth of progress 😭 since last week (as of 24-Jan-2022, they were reviewing 20-Oct-2021)

but we know they are ahead of that, according to updates from members.

We should be seeing some early November 2021 reviews this week.

Good luck all and please update if you get DQ'ed or reviewed
