Ask your husband to call exactly at 7:00 am eastern time and he will get through

or ask him to call and call and call until he gets through

Hello! We just received our IL and we are a bit confused…it says on the letter to register online...we went to register and it says our visa case number is not ready to schedule an appointment. Has that happened to anyone?

It takes a couple days to update on the register site before you can actually try to register. I think we had to wait 3 days until it let us register. This has happened to many who try to register ASAP lol
