My husband is filling out a petition for me and there are some questions on my entry information that we are a little confused on. I was a toddler with a border Crosser  card and my family requested a Form I-444 (permission for Mexican visitors to travel into the states instead of just near the border) When they gave my family this I-444 it has the last three numbers of each one of our border crosser number. Our question is on the I-130 question 46b what number should we put down? The I-444 number or my Border Crosser Card number? Our second question would be what class of Admission would I put down? I have DACA as of right now and my employment authorization card that was given to me has the category of C33 (DACA recipient) but on the online I-130 form we see that there is two other possible options for me: B2- Temporary Visitor for pleasure and BCC - Border Crosser Card Approved. Which of these three would you recommend us putting down?

Do you plan to also submit Form I-485 for Adjustment of Status? Because you are eligible to adjust status if your husband is a US citizen: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-7-part-b-chapter-2 "Evidence of Admission" "The following are other types of documentation that may be accepted... Border Crossing Card"

Yes, my husband is a US citizen and our plan is to file the I-130 online first then send the I-485 package but we are just confused on those questions posted because we feel like we have 3 possible options for the class of admission and would like to know which one would be the correct one to put. The same for the travel document number , I have the I-444 and the border crosser card but not sure which one of the two should I put down.

the travel document number

Put "N/A" assuming you were also carrying a passport when entering the US.

I-864 is filled-out by the US citizen, and the rest of the forms by the immigrant. In general, send the following three packets (*note that I-765 and I-131 packets are optional, but highly recommended) in the same envelope to the Chicago Lockbox:

  • I-485 with I-130 receipt notice, I-864 and supporting documents, I-444 copy, filing fees, etc.;
  • I-765 with I-444 copy, etc.; and
  • I-131 with I-444 copy, etc.

You'll separate each packet with rubber bands or fasteners: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-information/form-filing-tips

On the I-485 packet, I-485 payment method (check, money order, or Form G-1450) must be the very first item of this packet.

You'll eventually have to go to a doctor that has Civil Surgeon designation from USCIS. https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-b-chapter-4
