I certainly hope to hear something soon. I realize it's a waiting game, it's just as I see similar or even later PD dates getting approval, I got a little concerned. Thanks for the words of encouragement! I appreciate it! :)

My petition was approved from TSC in January - it was a little over 11 months after I had filed the petition. And it had been on 'actively review' for 9 months before it was approved (it did change to actively reviewing again the day before I was actually approved)

VJ estimates told me I was past normal processing times for months before I was actually approved - they don't seem to be the most accurate. I'd focus on the USCIS processing times and don't worry unless you exceed those.

Good luck with the waiting :) I imagine you are close.

What is the likelihood of exceeding the USCIS processing times? Does that happen often or no?

I'm not too sure if there's any specific data here but from what I've seen discussed on VJ it does happen but doesn't seem to happen super often..  & you can send an inquiry request as soon as your case exceeds the average processing time stated on the website.

As you can see in the screenshot above they give a pretty large range for processing time frames - For TSC above 11-14.5 months so it's a range varying of 3.5 months.
I've seen the odd thread here and there of someone reporting exceeding that time frame and having to inquire but it definitely doesn't seem super common in my opinion.

Perhaps others can chime in here as well. 🤷‍♀️
