Do we need to submit all documents physically once we submit everything electronically? or is electronically sufficient?

It seems we submitted all documents as of now it's been 3 months and still haven't heard from NVC. How long it takes for getting documents reviewed these day?

NVC does not accept physical documents. Please review NVC timeframe through the website

Thank you for confirming and providing that information.

So follow up question after looking at timeframe, it seems if they request another document, and if we submit immediately, but we still have to wait 3 months until the document is reviewed?

Oh god, for that reason I haven't click submit again. However, if we are asked to submit another document, then we have to hit submit - at that point we will fall behind the queue. That seems to be dumbest queue logic.
