Mine changed to 11 months from 15 after they notify me that i can use my previous biometric data. Best of luck to you!

Edit: went back to check myUSCIS and it was updated to 13 months. Oh welp. My greencard expires in April 2024 and i'm glad that there is still time. *fingers crossed*

Thanks. Best of luck to you! Hopefully we’ll get through this process sooner than we think 🤞🏾

Hi All,

I submitted my application online last night based on 3 year rule. My GC was granted 2/7/2019 and my window opened 11/9/2021 and i applied 11/11/2021.

Two things to note-

1- The received date and all dates on form and letters received online states 11/12 as my submitted date. Not an issue just an observation.

2- I have organized the attachments when I submitted them so everything is grouped together and in order. Looking at the attachments now though, everything is randomly shuffled and nothing is grouped together alphabetically or based on initial attachment order. Y’all see the same?

Good Luck Y’all!

Just filed mine today! Godspeed, everyone!

Hi, did you pay with a debit card online? If so did you have to file form G-1450? Thanks

Hi, we seem to both be married to divorcees therefore I read up on a place where it requires their former partners names and addresses. Did you send any? Thanks

I think I recall including it on my initial K1 and/or i485 applications. The n400 asked for her name and I think that was it. They gave the option to upload proof of his divorce so I sent a copy of the decree.

I am preparing my application to send the end of this month for the 3 years(marriage) rule. Any advice? Thank you!

My advice is to upload as much evidence as you can. If you don't have copies of your recent three tax returns, you will want to get those together.

Thank you. We have enough evidence. I guess I just need to organize them.

Hello, I'm applying under the 3 year rule.

I moved to the US 3 years ago but we've been married for longer. So when it asked me about addresses where I lived, I filled the US and the foreign addresses before. However I'm not sure how to handle the travel abroad questions since it asks about travel for the past 5 years. so basically year 1-2 I was mostly outside the US should I fill those in as travel or since they were entered as an address before I should not enter them again?

Hope this is not too confusing :)

Thanks everyone!

Hello,

Filed by mail (went through a lawyer) under the 5 years rule on Nov. 10th in Atlanta GA. I've received a text message on the 12th to let me know my case was received.
Anybody else filed by mail ? How long did it take you to be able to have the access code to view your case online?

We received an update SMS related to our I-751 😲

November 17, 2021 Case Transferred To Another Office

Is this related to the N-400 or a coincidence? :help:
