Hello fellow November 2021 fillers,

Today (04-18-2022) makes it 150 days since USCIS is processing my application. Unfortunately, I haven’t received an interview date yet. Every time I checked the status the message is still showing “our records show nothing is outstanding at this time”.  I am in NYC is there anyone who applied in November 2021 from NYC area who receive their interview letter yet?

November 5th 2021 - Filled out online N400

December 2021         - Received letter that they would reuse my biometrics

March 3, 2022            - Received letter interview scheduled for April 19th 2022

April 19th, 2022         - Interviewed and approved!

Oath (?)  -                    -  San Antonio TX office had same day oath but the deadline was 12pm (half an hour before I got approval 12:30pm) so I didn't make the cut.

Now waiting to receive letter for Oath Ceremony, does anyone know how long the wait can be? Officer told me I might get scheduled for May 25th in Austin

Hi All,

Good news! I completed my interview and oath ceremony on 04/21. It was very straight forward at the Des Moines field office.

Congratulations!

Mine still “case is being actively reviewed”.

Applied Nov 15/2021.

Under “My Case” website the time is showing 8 months. Hope to hear from them soon.

  • After a quick security check I was asked if I had all the key documents listed in the interview notice
  • Walked into the room, was administered the oath to be truthful
  • Started with reading and written test (When do we celebrated Columbus Day?)
  • Six civics questions (all from the study material)
  • Series of Yes/No questions
  • Checked address and evidence of marriage that was uploaded
  • Interview ended
