Liberal media pundits blamed racism and "white supremacy" for McAuliffe’s loss, despite voters electing Winsome Sears as the first Black female lieutenant governor in the state. Carville suggested that this form of "wokeness" will actually hurt the party in the long run.

You have to remember, Ms. Sears gave up her black card when she decided to run as a Republican, so she does not count.  I agree, Carville does almost seem right wing in the same tone as a Bill Maher.  Yesterday's liberals are today's conservatives particularly in the new "woke" cancel culture environment.

The left would say its racism and sexism because she is only the Lt governor under a white male.

 

Edit: On second thought I'm gonna go out on a limb and say she probably didn't vote for Biden. That means she isn't even really black.

What is the first stage of grief?  I sent a note to my Democrat congressperson.  I am sure it won't do any good, but supposedly she is a moderate, but all in favor of this socialist mess.  She cited the cost of childcare, I guess she is completely forgetting that when the Feds got involved with student loans, the cost of secondary education skyrocketed, I expect that the high cost of childcare will go way higher if the feds get involved, gotta pay for that bureaucracy.
