On DS160 sign and submit part this check mark for IMBRA  that says I should have a copy of the IMBRA Pamphlet as part of my application package.  Since we did not use marriage broker I have know idea if this applies to us.  Anyone have deal with this please advise. Thanks

You're not saying you used a marriage broker.  You're just saying that you received a copy of the pamphlet.
