I received case FE review today stating that I should add household member to their own section. I originally submitted documents in August 2022, would I need to upload updated job letter, paystubs since it is now October 2022

I wouldn't add more files unless I'm asked to provide them, or it makes sense to add them. For example, in my case, I originally did not submit the police certificate from my home country. Like you I got a case FE asking me to provide my spouse's W2. When I uploaded that doc, I also added the police certificate because I received it before Nov.

If you can sleep better at night knowing that you provided most recent paystubs, you can add them in additional documents section

Hello, same thing has happened to me..today i got email saying

( The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas.NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in MONTREAL, CAN to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable).) with email subject as 'Notice regarding your Immigrant Visa Case becoming Documentarily Qualified'

In ceac website, i see -

1. All required applicant documents have been received and approved - "DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED"

2. Document Case Review - "The Canadian Consulate requires that non-Canadian citizens submit proof of eligibility to have their visa interview in Canada. Currently, Canadian Legal Permanent Resident cards, landing papers, student visas and work visas are accepted for the Canadian eligibility requirement. Please submit this proof."

Homepage of ceac shows ALL documents  as ACCEPTED .. should i wait for the interview to be scheduled or provide the documents now ?? I tried calling to NVC but i get the message that they have discontinued phone service...
