Got an RFE this morning for marriage certificate.

It says I can either mail it in for scan and upload the information online, if applicable. When I log into my USCIS account it has a section to upload docs. Will do some research on this forum to see what is best action.

Correction, the notice has asked for a marriage certificate and marriage bonafides. Which is like evidence of relationship. 

 

Will be sending in another certificate and a bunch of stuff for bonafides.

I have mailed the information out the same day I received the notice (online). 

 

Today, 3 days later, online account is marked as received.

 

Still have not received a paper notice, but I did download a copy of the RFE online.

Case approved today. 
 

Received email that action is taken. Checked online portal. No update. Checked a few hours later “cad approved”. 
 

Says to wait for card to be sent “up to 90 days”

My husband's I-131 was approved yesterday.

 

Hope to see some movement on the I-485 here soon.🤞

I filed in December 2021 and I haven't heard back since February when they said everything is processing. It says it's still processing. I'm getting quite frustrated because I haven't received 485 let alone the work OR travel permit. It seems like it's very random in that some December/January/February filers received it within like 4 months. Does anyone know if there is a logical explanation (because clearly it's not based on chronological order) to this entire approval process?

I filed in nov 22 2021 have not heard anything since i am frustrated as well

No nothing i called and ask they said everything is good

I just got an approval out of the blue after almost a year of waiting. No interview or anything.

I got the text saying the case had an action taken. Our receipt date was 11/12/21

I thought I had put the correct date, we are 11/19/2021.
