Hi everyone!

Just wanted to check if anyone else is still waiting on an update?

I see a lot of people getting their EAD's approved or getting their interview scheduled. It's making me nervous cause I haven't heard anything since December 31st.. See my timeline below.

11/14 Mailed AOS Package (I-485, I-130, I-765 & I-131)

11/19 NOA received for each application

12/04 Biometrics appt scheduled

12/11 Request for initial evidence for I-485

12/28 Biometrics appt completed + evidence received

12/31 Status changed to actively reviewing for I-485 & I-765

I'm was really hoping I could go back to Belgium in August to visit my family and friends. My dad also just got diagnosed with MS. Would this be a reason to expedite?

Good luck to everyone who has their interview soon!🤞

AOS from K1!

10/30: Package sent (I-485, I-765, I-131)

11/3: Texts received, personal check cashed.

11/6: NOA1 letters received (Notice date 11/2)

How is the case going? Have you already got any documents (work permission, travel permission etc.)? Trying to find full description of how long everything takes, but didn't find, so wrote here. Thanks

Hi everyone!

I have just had my interview and it was approved on spot!

The officer didn't ask much questions, only when is my husband's birthday and my husband had to tell what is my full name, date of birth and what country I am from. And that's it! He made copies of our marriage certificate and kids birth certificates (we already have kids together). Most of the time officer spent just entering information into the system :)
