I did send inquiry to NVC asking why we are skipped in scheduling interviews. They just said in email that this case is documentarily complete, which means the NVC has all the documents we requested. Your application is waiting for an interview appointment, where a consular officer will adjudicate it. 
I sent on 05OCT2022. This is the standard message they are keep sending.

It seems very uncertain the way they are sending ILs. 
I think they have fix number of appointments for all visa type every month.
