Lets put head count here.
How many of us have been skipped who DQ'd January 2022 to March 2022 with CR1 or IR1 category.

I am DQd in January 2022, IR1 visa waiting for IL.

I'm March 3, 2022 DQ, CR1 category.
I think there is a 99.9% chance that you will get IL at the end of this month, because Dec 30th people received ILs in last batch.

For me, I will most likely get IL in 2-3 months. :(

Hi Guddi, in that case we should have gotten an IL by now. We are IR1 category and our PD date is April 2020.

was your spouse green card holder when i-130 was filed?
you should have received IL now, your PD is April 2020.

I am the one who filed for my spouse. When I filed for him I was a green card holder but I got my citizenship even before USCIS finished reviewing his case, so when USCIS transferred his case to NVC, it was as the spouse of US citizen.

Make sense now, that's why you have not received IL yet. so your husband should receive IL soon. What is the DQ date?
