We did not expedite our case, it's a normal processing. Our PD is March 2021.

I just noticed that they are scheduling based on priority date not DQ date. 
Actually, we are not skipped but just not in scheduled based on our PD. So hopefully we will receive soon. Because they have already scheduled interviews for PD up to March 2021. Mine is in April 2021. 
What is your PD?

Is that so? My PD is July 27, 2021. And DQ is March 3, 2022. No IL yet.

This doesn't make sense. My parents have a PD of July 2020 and DQ on Jan 4, 2022 in IR5 category. They still have not received interview letter from Mumbai Consulate.

If the scheduling was based on PD, then they should have received IL

Hi Guddi, in that case we should have gotten an IL by now. We are IR1 category and our PD date is April 2020.

We are talking about CR1 category, not IR5.

I checked, and found out that they are not scheduling based on PD. I know a person whose PD is January 5, 2022, and he has already received his IL two weeks ago for CR1.

This is a different category of visa (IR5)
Spouse visa are in category of IR1 and CR1 and these 2 categories are given more priority than IR5
hope this clarifies.
I have my friend whose parents are still waiting for IL with same PD date. 
But my parents just received visa in August 2022 with PD on August 2020, IR5 visa

Yes I agree, CR1 and IR1 categories always has current Priority Dates. And they schedule interview based on case type and DQ date.

 

What was the DQ date of the person you know who received IL?

I went to spouse timeline and did deep research people with DQ date upto June 10th has gotten ILs. 

Only few people earlier than this date hasn't got IL, there has to be a reason may be their file was submitted paper based or something. I would recommend them to reach out NVC and mumbai consulate.

There definitely some sort of glitch, I would say check your NVC status and see if all documents are still saying accepted. And email nvc and consulate. 

 

They sent batch of interview letters in aug for people DQ in April and some in end of March date.

 

Last batch was sent out in September 30th, and mostly people in May and half June got letters. And some from Feb 2022, and some from early March they are those people who were skipped in Aug batch.

 

So its highly possible that you'll get IL in October batch which will be sent out in two weeks. But still I would say email them.
