I am assuming your visa class is IR5. How do you know that DQed head count waiting in this category at mumbai consulate is 4300?

Yes, mine is IR5.  As at the end of Dec2021, the pending IR5 cases at Mumbai Consulate is 4,585 according to a private source

I wonder how soon they will get to 2021 DQ’d. Someone here in the past said that NVC was attempting to get through backlog in six months.

After they post the US Immigration visa numbers for Jan and Feb, I am hoping we can guesstimate the time for IR1.
