The link i sent is for immigration visa process. check the link. i dont know what is diversity visa.

Yeah, Within the NVC docs list, it says two years and if you look at the following link for Mumbai interview prep, it says one. So looks like one year is the safer option given its inconsistent?

They are now sending the interview letters for Nov/Dec 2020 DQ folks. Your husband should be receiving one soon! Goodluck.

Oh really? My lawyer said it could be a few more months. Where did you hear that information? That's exciting!

Below is a compiled list from a very small group in this thread. Sorted by DQ Date.  Couple of folks (one in Nov and one in Dec)  received their interview letters. 🙂

Hello!

Hope everybody is doing good! I needed to know about the marriage certificate. We got married in 2020 and since everything became digitised, we didn't get any hard copy of the certificate. All we got was a link and a password to download our certificate. So, the print out of that soft copy is considered original, right? Or do we need something else? Any help would be appreciated ☺️

I was told by our attorney that we needed the original hard copy for the NVC when we were submitting documents. When we were married they told us in Delhi, that we would get a hard copy original in the mail. Of course India speed post... it never arrived. I had to track down our lawyer in Delhi who helped us with that and he was able (luckily) to give tp my brother in law who happened to be there on his way back to see my husband and brought to him.I was told we wouldn't need it by the lawyer in Delhi since we too had a link and an e copy. My lawyer was adamant we get the original. Try to get it if possible though.Maybe it's changed. We were married in 2019.
