Last month they issued IL’s on Oct 10. Second Monday of the month. Wishful thinking maybe Nov 7th. 

 

There is no visa quota for Cr1/IR1 category. Other categories are based on visa availability.

they have sent iLs for F2A to iR1 converts and IR5 candidates who were dQ'ed in October 2021. i guess we will have to wait a bit longer for our letters.

Did you email NVC or embassy?. Alot people from later March got ILs in August/September.
