Hey OU, do you run the numbers for LIN as well, or just WAC?   Exciting to see some November 21 LIN approvals this week!

It's time consuming, and because I am a WAC filer, I monitor those cases only 😅

I could write a guide of how to search cases if that's of any use?

Oh, I know how to do it.   For some reason I thought you were also LIN, but that’s Rocio I believe.   Thank you, though!

Wanted to chime in here and say that we're a LIN filer and we've just received an RFE... not ideal but at least there's some movement after a year and a half 😅

Actually I personally look at RFEs at an absolute different bright angle now after getting one myself. It helped tremendously. After they receive your response it’s really super quickly leads to your approval. Good luck. Deal with it the sooner the better 🙂

I agree with Elena&Craig.

I got an RFE in March and 19 days after I sent the response I got approved.

Those bureaucrats loose documents all the time, basically I sent 'em the same stuff I already did and I got approved right away!

No worries, keep following the light at the end of the tunnel!

We are in November LIN filer too. I didn't get an RFE, all they sent me was a green card.  Anyone else experience this?

If you’re asking  whether it’s out of the ordinary to receive a green card without either I-751 interview or RFE then the answer is no, it’s pretty common.

Another good news for November 2021 Filter! I just checked the status online and it said "the card is being produced" without interview. P.S: LIN office.

Congrats!!!

anyone her euse the visa journey estimated date to compare thier cases. how accurate was the prediction?

It's been saying "Any day now" for over a month. My case was transferred to NBC after filing N-400 so I doubt it will be approved there at all.
